We had an amazing time at this property! The spacious layout was perfect for our family, and the pool was a highlight of our stay. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The resort and amenities were amazing! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The house was huge, much bigger than we needed but very accommodating. The security entrance, at times, could be very cumbersome. Several cars were waiting to enter which could congest traffic to the point of being unsafe. Always seemed to be cars waiting to enter every time we arrived. We requested our pool to be heated but never felt that the pool warmed at all, definitely not worth the cost. I would have requested my money back for it but I requested it and received and email that the heat was on. We would have been better off just using the mini water park, which by the way was super awesome. The slide and wave pool hours need to be extended, we typically would have visited the water park at 5 when everything closes. The pool was warm though so that was nice. I was surprised that you guys dont have any toiletry offered and that we were told to bring our own, we are on vacation, wasn't the end of the world as we both some when we purchased groceries. I only mention this because I researched a ton of toilets and found an amazing one, all the toilets were terrible. One constantly ran and they all flush terribly. I highly recommend installing Glacier Bay Model #N2450E from Home Depot, no i dont work there but an amazing toilet. The house appeared super nice and upscale but after the first day it was evident that expenses were spared. The game room games were warn but we still enjoyed using them. Garbage from previous people was left loose in our bin which we bagged.

This is the best house that we have ever rented, and we have rented a lot. It is clean, big, lovely pool, and great with the bigger pool when you are traveling with 4 boys. If you are going shopping or in parks, this happier is close to every thing. Thanks for a great vacation. The big family from Denmark
