Remodeled and updated single story 1400 plus square foot condo on a landscaped greenbelt with picturesque southern mountain views from the westerly facing rear patio. Views of Mount Eisenhower and eastern mountains from the front patio. Prestigious Ironwood Country Club is a gated community with 24/7 security and is nestled in the foothills of the Santa Rosa Mountains and ecological preserves. Mountain trails are within walking distance of the condo. Relax with modern style furnishings including travertine floors, wet bar, gas barbecue, gas fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Breakfast room seats four and dining room seats six. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a large, stunning walk-in shower and opens to a private patio. Guest bedroom with a beautifully tiled and skylighted shower/tub combination opens to an attached skylighted office with Ekornes recliner and computer desk. Driveway, walkway and patios have been upgraded with beautiful Ackerstone pavers and surrounded with serene desert landscaping. Just 100 - 200 hundred feet to the two palm tree lined pools and spas. Broadband internet with WiFi (Wireless Internet). Flat screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Mini-vault for safekeeping. Maytag washer and dryer. Two car plus golf cart garage. Quiet comfortable month at this well equipped condo in Ironwood Country Club. We cycle, hike and walk from the excellent home base. Beautiful grounds and kind, responsive owner (who has a home at Ironwood) and management. 5 stars.

Ironwood is a great place to stay and so is this condo. Lee was very accommodating and responsive to our questions and requests. House was clean, nice breakfast area and back patio. Comfortable dining and living room. TVs in bedrooms and living room, but we only used the one in the living room. The pool and spa closest to us was not heated, but the one right across the street is. The garage was fantastic and very clean. We brought several bikes and had a van and still had plenty of room. The primary bedroom was a good size and was nice to have dual vanity and comfortably sized shower. Good shower head. The bed was a little soft and lumpy, but we made do. It was also nice to have the office space. There was no printer, but I bought a cheap one to use and will bring back with me the next time I stay. (Yes, we are staying again).
Oh,I should also mention the guards at the gate are very nice and helpful.

The property fit our wants and needs perfectly!
The pool nearest the condo was not heated but the spa was heated, just across the street was a larger heated pool and spa.
The condo offered plenty of room, was well stocked with linen, kitchen supplies, etc.
The area is quiet and the neighbors are friendly and the owners were Great to work with.
