A high standing furnished apartment with one bedroom and a living room in El Mrezga, Hammamet north. This apartment is 700 meters from the beach and it’s on the 3rd floor with an elevator, and a parking lot in the basement. It also has a collective swimming pool and is located in a guarded residence, close to the university campus Mrezga and the tourist area Hammamet north. The apartment is equipped with two air-conditioners, central heating, LCD with satellite, internet access (wifi). It is composed of:
A living room with a large balcony (2.5m / 2m)
A well-equipped kitchen: electric oven, gas hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, washing machine and all necessary cookware.
A beautiful bedroom with a large closet and a balcony.
A bathroom with a shower cubicle.
Close to the apartment, you have plenty of choice for: fast food, luxury restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and amusement parks: "Flipper Parc" for example, which is in the touristic zone and next to the nautical clubs, is only 2 km from the apartment. Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe von kleinen Geschäften, Restaurants und Banken. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alle Anbindungen sind leicht erreichbar, egal ob Taxi oder Bus.
Der Besitzer ist sehr gastfreundlich und immer verfügbar, wenn etwas benötigt wird. Sehr hilfsbereit indem nachgefragt wurde ob etwas getan werden kann, um den Aufenthalt noch besser zu machen.
Diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen und ich komme gerne wieder.

Bonjour. Tout d'abord je tiens à remercier le propriétére des lieux un Mr d une gentillesse incroyable et très disponible si le besoin s en fait sentir. Malgré mon arriver à Tunis tardive du au retard de mon vol le propriétére a pris le temps de m.appeler et de me dire de surtout pas m inquièter il serais la a n importe quelle heure et d une gentillesse incroyable vraiment je vous recommande cet appartement tout confort très propre et situer dans une zone très calme et pas loin de toute les zones touristiques .plage resto etc. Je mets une note de 16 sur 20 pour l appartement et mon séjour

Bel appartement situé à proximité de restaurants, petits commerces.
Le propriétaire et son épouse sont des personnes très accueillantes, serviable, très disponible.
Le propriétaire se déplace très facilement pour le moindre souci et nous a vivement conseillé sur les endroits à visiter.
Et le meilleur pour la fin, il nous a raccompagné à l'aéroport car nous n'étions pas véhiculé de même qu'il est venu nous chercher au centre ville à notre arrivée très tardive.
Je vous recommande vivement ce logement bien situé, assez bien desservi et surtout la générosité et la grande gentillesse du propriétaire.
