This professionally decorated condo is located in the less congested more desirable West End of Panama City Beach on Front Beach Road, just 1-1/2 miles from Pier Park. This home away from home has all the upgrades you could possibly hope for. Stainless steel appliances, nine foot ceilings, and whirlpool garden tub, just to mention a few.
For those who want the closeness to experience all Panama City Beach has to offer, yet the amenities on the premises to have the perfect vacation and all the fun, without leaving the complex. Stay in our condo and spend your day playing tennis, swimming in the gulf or beach side pool and spa with large deck, enjoying the fitness room or taking a leisure walk through the lush tropical landscaping.
Everything is here for you to have your best vacation. We hope you will enjoy our condominium and have many happy memories when you return home. We know this is a place you will want to return year after year. No Pets. No Smoking. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years old, 3-night minimum. During the months of June, July and August we have a 7-night minimum.

Great condo to bring the family to! 5 beds and two baths! Plus a huge sectional that’s just as comfy as the beds. Clean!!! Dishwasher didn’t work but the owner told us that beforehand. Elevators were down, well two were while we were trying to leave, so that took a while. Nice parking deck with lots of spaces. Easy access to beach. Nice big hot water heater so no one runs out of hot water. Beds were comfy. TV’s in all rooms. Stocked well in kitchen. Plenty of towels and wash cloths on hand. Big washer and dryer. The owner, Robert, was very helpful and communicated well! Would recommend this to anyone. Hope to stay here again in future.

Had a slight bump in the road during the check in process but Robert was more than willing to make sure everything went smoothly from there forward. Honestly it was just a minor deal but he took care of getting us in the condo & made sure our accommodations were good to go. Highly recommend this condo. Robert was a tremendous host. Will be staying here again!!

The property was perfect. We had room for everyone. It was so nice staying right on the beach. We will definitely be back!
