The magnificent vistas extend over the beach and the Auau and Kalohi Channels to the island of Lanai beyond. The sunsets are spectacular year round from the spacious lanai. Watch whales frolic in season directly from the lanai and condo.

#325 Konea overlooks the quiet pool, which allows you to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and the sunsets.
Dine on the lanai or inside the condo. The wall of folding Nana doors can be opened and the lanai space can be incorporated seamlessly into the living area.

The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);
Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.
OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.
Bed Split Fee:
$50 plus tax for the option to split the bed in the guest bedroom.
Mid Stay Clean: ******All stays of over 13 nights require a mid stay clean. The mid stay cleaning fee is $300 plus tax and fees and must be paid prior to guest's arrival******

Everything from checking to communication about this property was simple and made the vacation even nicer. The property is beautiful and the condo itself is perfect and has all you need to enjoy your stay at this resort.

Ideal in every way. Great snorkeling, great location. the only complaint is that the pull out couch wasn't comfortable, especially for adults.

We spent a week at the condo and thoroughly enjoyed the resort, amenities and unit. I hope to return next year. It's an amazing place to take kids. The food trucks were wonderful and Duke's was great too. There's a grocery store across the street and small market on site. The gym was nice and we just really relaxed and enjoyed the view and family time. Highly recommend if you have kids or not!

We were fortunate enough to travel to Maui in February, 2021. The Covid restrictions and rules that Hawaii has in place felt scary at first as it seemed to be so complicated. However, it actually is very easy to get tested, upload your results to the Safe Hawaii travel site and follow through with all of their other restrictions. We landed in Maui and got through without any issues. Our flight got in way passed dark and it was a bit difficult to find where we were supposed to go to check into the condo. It would have been much easier during the day light. But we found it and the rest of the check-in was flawless including a bellman who helped us carry up all of our groceries that we stopped to buy and six people's luggage. The condo was fabulous. The pictures online do not do it justice. It is so much better. The communication we had with the condo manager, Feresteh, was great. The condo was missing a cooler for us to use and they quickly brought one over to us that same day. We were a group of three adult couples and the 3 king size bedrooms/3 bathrooms worked out great for our group. The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing we looked for and couldn't find was a coffee bean grinder. Otherwise, it had everything you could possibly need. Our favorite part of the condo was definitely the big lanai where we would have our morning coffee and look over the beautiful grounds. The beach is clean and beautiful. We would walk on the boardwalk each morning for a little exercise to wear off all the good food and drinks we consumed. The boardwalk was sometimes crowded but if you go earlier, it wasn't so many people. We ate at many restaurants in Old Lahaina and found we liked the Captain Jack's Island Grill the best. We also ate at Mama's Fish House in Paia which was awesome. Captain Jack's does not take reservations and Mama's you would need a reservation long in advance as they are full all the time. If you go to Mama's on that side of the island, stay and watch the surfers down a ways. They are so fun to watch. We also did the Old Lahaina Luau which had so much food! The show was just okay. We were hoping to see fire throwers and they didn't have them. The Road to Hana is a must. We ended up doing the loop all the way around. Plan on about a 10-12 hour day if you do this. If you are hesitating about going to Hawaii, just go! It is safe, clean and they are taking every precaution necessary for Covid protection.
