Great location to 5th Avenue, the beach, Mega and Walmart. Unit was clean and comfortable.
Beds very comfortable. Cleaning excellent. Complex well maintained. Front bedroom could use new black out curtains and the one door to the middle bathroom was missing, which causes a privacy issue with the pool. New condo is being built next door caused some noise in the day. There is no phone or Vonage. Manuel was great to deal with. We enjoyed our month here. A very nice place to stay and good value for the money.

Property was great but would need to be freshened up. Pool was cold and hardly maintained. We stayed at the property for over 3 weeks and saw pool maintenant in the last couple of days of our stay. So at best, pool was not clean at all nor was it inviting for the duration of our stay. BBQ is included but could benefit from being replaced. It is old and frankly dangerous as you have to fiddle around with the ignition buttons.
