Many NEW updates to the house: 2021-2023: New wide plank flooring, interior paint, sinks, hardware, master bathtub, granite counter tops, kitchen appliances, bedroom mattresses, master bedroom and some family room furniture, exterior paint, roof and decor! New air conditioning 2024

Nicely appointed house. Kitchen well stocked with good quality appliances, pots, pans, dishwear and utensil. New bedding was comfortable and appreciated. Checkin and check out procedures were very easy. Will stay again next summer.

We spent close to 3 weeks and enjoyed every second. The house was a short walk to the lake, which we enjoyed almost everyday. The house had all that you need for a comfortable stay!

The property location is great, the house is clean, well equipped and comfortable . But after we leave, the owner charged us additional fee as “special oven cleaning”. Actually we cleaned very wel before we leftl: put all used bedding and towels to garage and loaded laundry; cleaned kitchen completely and started dishes washing, cleaned oven after we used it, I don’t understand why they still charge us fee for” clean oven”? They expect us as a house keeper? We don’t like this attitude
