Friendly staff, easy check-in and out, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed and bedding, nice Mountain View fro room
There are stairs to the rooms, but we knew that in advance and are physically able to climb them with a rolling suitcase.

I think the breakfast buffet was a little lacking in variety but what was present was good. For example, there were creamy grits on the buffet our first morning, but they were not hot so thank goodness for the microwave Now, the fresh baked muffins and that sweet potato casserole would draw me back every year.
