Location and courteous staff. Size of the room, bathroom and other facilities provided in the room.
Not accepting Indian Rupees, specially Rs 500/- notes. Breakfast can be improved.

The stay was amazing with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. Special thanks to Bhuvan, who was really good and very hospitable, making our stay even more memorable.
We were a bit unlucky with the weather and couldn’t see the mountain view, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything was well managed and met our expectations.

Very pleasant facilities - one of the best rooms I’ve had in Pokhara.
Staff could be very rude and unhelpful at times. Location is rather far from central Pokhara, with shuttle bus only leaving one hour before checkout time.
