This house features porch adjacent to kitchen that overlooks Park City and the lower level has an entertainment room with 80” TV. Sonos in home sound system. Kitchen is on the main level complete with hardwood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and large granite countertops, and breakfast bar. Downstairs couch has a pull out bed and could allow up to 10 people. Sleeps 8-10. Brand new full size hot tub for 2017.

We had a great stay! The host and manager were both very responsive, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with a short walk to skiing and a manageable walk to downtown Park City. Our kids loved having their own space to hang out separate from the adults; the basement is perfect for kids, and the hot tub was a hit after long days of skiing.The home was cozy, though it could use a bit of TLC and isn't exactly luxurious. We did have an issue with a shower drain that didn't drain, but the maintenance guy was quick to respond and tried to help as best as he could.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place for families looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The home’s location is great. The property could have used a better cleaning - the towels were sour and the bathrooms were not up to par. The property owner also was difficult to reach and did not seem interested in being helpful when various issues came up, including when the garage code for our check-in didn’t work so we were left standing in the driveway with our bags for over an hour with no response. We’d appreciate more attention to detail next time. If that happened, we’d give this place five stars.
