About this house rental
Located on Black Beach, the house is 50 steps away from a private white sand beach that belongs to the house.
The house sleeps 14, has 6 bedrooms one of which is a loft with 5 beds (great for the kids!) and two 3/4 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. There is a large living room that features 180 degree views of Buzzards Bay.
The eat in galley kitchen has state of the art appliances and an herb and vegetable garden just outside the back door. Dining area is open to the living room and has a bar and ice maker.
Clothes washer and dryer are in one of the 2 bathrooms.
Fast Wifi throughout the house.

Deck with a table for ocean view dining, outdoor shower, a cooking patio with a wood-fired pizza oven, BBQ and small vegetable garden.

The quintessential cape vacation. Warm water, sand bar, drinks in the shade on the beach. So relaxing and quiet. Even a vegetable garden!

Hands down the best vacation rental I've ever found. It's tempting to write a bad review so that the house doesn't book up completely but it was a perfect stay for our group of four families. The back yard is your private beach. Bedrooms are plentiful and common areas--indoor and out--are spacious and comfortable. It's a classic cottage home that will really allow you to feel like you're getting away from it all.

Our group varied in number from 7 to 13 and there was plenty of room for all. A beautiful and rustic home filled with comfort and all the conveniences you might ever need. Private beach was amazing; warmest New England waters I have ever experienced. We have been experiencing new places every year, but this one we would repeat if given the chance!
