Apartment is in a secluded area but can walk easily to a grocery store. You need a car to get anywhere though. Less than 30min to Pompei, Vesuvio, Naples and 45 min to Sorrento and over an hour to Amalfi (small road up and down the mountain). The reason for a 4 stars vs 5 is the size of the kitchen (it is a counter in a closet), no real table to eat and no living room. All of this is in the hallway from the entrance door to the rooms. So not much space outside the rooms (which are nice).
