About this apartment rental
This wonderful one bedroom apartment has everything you could want for a Melbourne stay. It is close to the arts precinct (NGV, Hamer Hall and State Theatre), the Botanical Gardens, sports venues including the MCG, shops, lane culture and restaurants. The city is a short tram ride or 15 minute walk away giving you the best of both worlds - everything you want from the city without the noise.
Step out the front door of the building and a five minute walk will find you either at the tram stop or in the gardens and on the steps of the Shrine of Remembrance.
The apartment is beautifully furnished with a queen size bed and well equipped kitchen. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy great views of the city day or night.
Two restaurants (one has a bar) downstairs means you don t even have to go far for food and drink but with the river and Southgate offering so many choices you will probably find it hard to resist a stroll along St Kilda Road.

We enjoyed this comfortable apartment with everything you need. Full kitchen, balcony with view of city, large smart tv so felt like home. Loved the pool too. Liked it was close to the tram and botanical gardens.

The location of this apartment is faultless, 2 mins walk from a tram stop, easy access to the city and it allowed us to check out some restaurants on the South Melbourne side too. The apartment itself was well furnished and decorated, the space was comfortable and had all the necessities. The host, Toni had great communication with us throughout the whole process. Would love to come back again sometime, thank you for having us!
