Inside, this silver-rated Park City vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and a cozy living room—ideal for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The home includes two private bedrooms upstairs, along with an open loft bedroom and two full bathrooms. The loft features two twin beds and is open to the living space and bathroom, making it a great option for kids or close friends. The main bedroom includes a king bed and a beautifully remodeled en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra flexibility for additional guests.

This is a great value location for a ski visit to Park City. Close to the shuttle, walkable (a little over half a mile) to the PC village base area, across from grocery (Fresh Market), and backs up to a golf course that becomes a cross country ski area in the winter. Well stocked and plenty of room for our group of 4 friends and all our gear (there's a conditioned room just inside the carport for your gear). Hot tub and pool area were a great hangout area after a day on the slopes, and the carport provides a covered spot to park. Heat seemed to work well and the gas fireplace is a nice amenity. Only drawback is that the unit is a bit dated with some deferred maintenance apparent. Not a deal breaker, and wed definitely stay here again in summer or winter.

My daughter/son-in-law stayed in this unit last year, too. It was perfect for them and their 5 girls, ages 8 months-10 years. We rented another unit across the street. Plenty of beds and areas for everyone to have their own space. Cooper Wynn is the local managing company and they are very responsive.

We were in town for a wedding. The location was easy to find and close to all of our weekend wedding events. Unit is a bit dated, but it served our purpose, i.e., much less expensive than staying in the hotels that the wedding party had reserved for out of town guests. The check-in/out process was a snap and the staff were very responsive to our questions. Overall a great experience.
