About this apartment rental
This charming studio is located in the Village of South Walton on 30A. There are shops and eateries in the village. Additional shopping and restaurants are also available in Rosemary and Alys Beach which is a short walking distance away.
You won't believe all the comforts of home included in this 510 sq. foot space! The kitchen area has bar seating and is equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher and coffee maker (drip and single serve pod). A comfortable king size bed will rejuvenate you after a day at the beach and a queen size sleeper sofa will provide additional sleeping accommodations.
Complimentary tram provides transportation to and from beach access. Walking distance to beach access is about 5-7 minutes from the studio. Two pools including a wading pool for the little ones is literally steps away from the studio.
Bike rentals are available at Peddlers in the village.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this condo on a recent anniversary trip to Florida. It’s very clean, the bed is comfortable, and communication with the owner was excellent. And it’s in a great location. We highly recommend this property for two persons. The bathroom opens to the living are/ kitchen and there is no door on the bedroom area, so there is little privacy for more than two.
