About this apartment rental

This charming studio is located in the Village of South Walton on 30A. There are shops and eateries in the village. Additional shopping and restaurants are also available in Rosemary and Alys Beach which is a short walking distance away.
You won't believe all the comforts of home included in this 510 sq. foot space! The kitchen area has bar seating and is equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher and coffee maker (drip and single serve pod). A comfortable king size bed will rejuvenate you after a day at the beach and a queen size sleeper sofa will provide additional sleeping accommodations.
Complimentary tram provides transportation to and from beach access. Walking distance to beach access is about 5-7 minutes from the studio. Two pools including a wading pool for the little ones is literally steps away from the studio.
Bike rentals are available at Peddlers in the village.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this condo on a recent anniversary trip to Florida. It’s very clean, the bed is comfortable, and communication with the owner was excellent. And it’s in a great location. We highly recommend this property for two persons. The bathroom opens to the living are/ kitchen and there is no door on the bedroom area, so there is little privacy for more than two.

This place was perfectly located. We didn’t have to get in our car once which is exactly what we wanted since we drove from Texas. The host was quick to respond when we had questions and the condo was adorable and clean. It was a holiday weekend so we didn’t get a chance to actually eat anywhere due to long wait times so we’d grab food anywhere that was fast. I recommend making reservations ahead of time to guarantee you have a nice meal out. Will definitely consider staying here again if available on our next trip. On another note: the elevator and hallways were clean but had an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso. Normally I don’t mind it but it was intense.luckily it doesn’t come into the condo but does whack you in the face the moment you get in the hallway or elevator.

We stayed at this little studio to meet up with family vacationing in the area. It was a perfect haven in which to rest after the days out in the sun. Very clean and comfortable. Keep in mind--no cooking on a stovetop but plenty of storage & warm up for leftovers.

Great studio condo with lots of space. I wish there were a dresser to place clothes in. The king-size bed was amazing. Quick walk to the beach or you can use the complimentary tram. The Tram stop and the pool are located right outside the building. We went during fall break season so the small, private beach was pretty crowded. We ended up driving a few minutes down the road to Panama City Beach and used their public beach access. Communication with the host could have been better. There were multiple instances in which I had to double-message the host in order to get a response. Other than communication issues, great property and is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Amazing property, very clean and close to everything! Only downfall was lack of communication with owner— nothing major, but I’ve never had a owner just not respond. I messaged on the first day asking for walking directions to the beach, but even at checkout 5 days later still had received nothing. We eventually found our own way after walking 1.5 miles to public beach access on our first night (then realized there was a tram that takes you to private access). Would return, but would hope the owner would be available for questions, especially if something truly important came up.

This place was absolutely PERFECT! Located within walking distance of restaurants, our favorite coffee spot (amavida) and the local book store (the hidden lantern). And a short walk to the beach! We didn’t need our car once while we were there. And the condo itself was amazing! Clean, so comfortable, and so nice to have a fridge and a kitchen!

I had a lovely stay at this rental! It was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was great having beach chairs available to us to bring o the beach each day. The ice machine is also a huge plus! The location is also amazing, so close to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and the beach access point. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with anything we needed!

My wife and I stayed here for our first time visiting. We absolutely loved the location being so close to live music at night and the beach during the day. It was the perfect distance for a walk down to Rosemary Beach for shopping or restaurants. The studio was the perfect size for us knowing we would only be in there to get ready for dinner and to sleep. The ice machine was nice to throw in a cooler to make sure our drinks didn’t get warm. The complimentary tram service to the beach was really nice when you have so many things to carry. We would recommend this studio to any couple!

Such an amazing weekend getaway! The place was wonderful, clean, and a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and Rosemary shops. Sueanne was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. After our flight got canceled she was very flexible and understanding of the situation. Very glad we were able to work it out because it was truly a beautiful weekend and we can’t wait to come back!

Was able to meet up with a friend I hadn’t seen in eleven years for a girl’s weekend. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Close to a variety of restaurants, cute stores, and the beach. Studio was clean and well stocked. Hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Pool and hot tub were also close by and heated! This was such a great place. Thank you!

Seacrest is very close to Rosemary Beach and the community shops/eating. Our condo felt like home. The only negative on the grading is we were not communicated in advance where our condo was and how to access it, but after that everything was great.

My family of 3 had a great stay in this property. You couldn’t ask for a better location to the pool and to downtown Rosemary Beach. The only downside is you have to use the public beach. It’s a about a 5 minute walk and during fall break you had to stale your spot early, but Suanne communicated that. One other thing, this unit does not have a oven or stove top. I’m sure it’s in the listing but did not read that fine print, so just an FYI! Everything else was perfect - super comfortable bed, ice maker, dishwasher, etc.
