About this house rental
Beautiful lakeside home on winding, quiet, dead-end, paved road in a family friendly neighborhood. Our home has a custom kitchen, stone fireplace, game room with pool table, and wainscoting throughout. Lake views from most rooms and from two of the three decks.
It shares a huge, level, sandy beach that is perfect for kids, picnics and playing! A beautiful spot to watch the sunset! Big enough for two families to stay comfortably. Large primary bedroom with bath overlooks the lake. One mile to shopping, restaurants, and all other amenities that North Windham has to offer.
Mooring available for a boat. Dock for loading and unloading.
No smoking.
No pets.

It was absolutely beautiful! The weather could not have been any better. The house was lovely and cool, with everything we needed. The neighbors were friendly and assisted us in finding the mooring for our boat, as the number 72 must have fallen off. I would definitely recommend this house to friends! Thank you!

The property was beautiful and well thought out. Located on a private road with other homes. Very quiet and neighbors were friendly. Property is located across the street from the lake. It is on a one lane street that is private. Lake area is clean. Grocery stores and center of town is less than 10 minutes. Plenty to do if you want to take day adventures but also great location to just enjoy the lake and relax. Property owner was easy to work and responsive. We loved the area!

The Sebago Lakehouse was perfect for a weekend away with a large group of friends. The home was clean and had all the amenities we required. The beach was gorgeous and so peaceful. The hosts were also quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend for your next stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home and look forward to returning again! The house is spacious and the location is perfect. We had two young kids with us (4 and 1) and the beach being across the street was perfect. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing trip to the lake!
