Tim was a great host! He had a bottle of wine and a box of caramels waiting on us when we got there. He responded back on all questions I had regarding a spa treatment for my wife, as well as who to get ski equipment from. He came by the first morning we were there and went over all the functions of the house which was very helpful.The house was very spacious which worked out well with our party of seven. We stayed in three nights and cooked as opposed to going out. The kitchen had everything you needed for prepare family meals. My adult kids and son-in-law really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and indoor steam room after skiing all day. We were able to watch the college football playoffs on the projection TV that was located in the downstairs family room while we had a great fire going in the fireplace.The house had beautiful fews of the surrounding mountains and the valley below! Especially with all the snowfall we got while we were there. The only disappointment we had was we were not able to ski in and ski out of the house due to the Panorama Trail not being open while we were there due to the Ski Patrol strike. This resulted in us having to drive down the mountain each morning to ski.

This is a true ski in ski out villa. The house is top notch, the host, Tim, was great. He was quick to answer any question and was very helpful. The house was perfect. From the Gourmet Kitchen to the Media Room. We never had to leave the house to go find food or entertainment. The house is located at the Top of Canyons and you cant find a better location. We got to hit fresh runs every morning for about 30-45 minutes before anyone else due to mid mountain lifts not being available til 930 to others unless you stayed on the mtn. We got fresh tracks every day and got to ski some runs 3 times before anyone else made it up to us.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a one of a kind skiing experience.

We had a great stay. Tim was a perfect host. The house is exactly as pictured and very well stocked (it's obviously Tim's home, not a rental-only). As others have said, the ski-in/out was fantastic, even though we didn't have a lot of snow. Two things to be aware of... first, it's so wonderfully high up the mountain that I think it's something like 2,000 feet higher than the base. We had some members of our group who felt the altitude and spent some time at the base. And second, the study with pull-out couch is kind of in the same room as the loft. They are connected by a spiral staircase with no doorway, a slight issue if folks are planning to use them as separate rooms. Overall, highly recommended and we'd definitely return.
