About this house rental
2/2 single family home on the Island of Venice. Walk, bike or drive to the beautiful beaches of Venice. Updated kitchen, stainless steel appliances, central air and terrazzo floors. Home also includes a large fenced in back yard for your pet to roam and is very private.
Both bedrooms have queen pillow top mattresses. Very nice covered patio for grilling and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Home also includes two flat screen smart televisions.
Famous Venice dog beach is only one mile. Other close amenities are Sharky's on the Pier Restaurant and golfing at the 27 hole Lake Venice Golf Club, all one mile away. Downtown shopping with restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. Our home is also within 4 blocks of the Legacy Trail, a 25 mile recreational trail for bikers, joggers and walkers.

We were able to book this stay after our original booking was unavailable after the owner sold it and failed to cancel the booking.
Barb & Kyle are great hosts and the house has a great fenced in yard that our dogs love!
Close to the dog beach and as cute as can be it retains the old Florida charm. Would stay again.

My husband and I spent 2 wonderful months at Kyle's rental home in Venice this winter. The house was clean and nicely decorated with an updated kitchen and separate laundry room. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to beautiful beaches including the best dog beach I've ever seen. It was also a short walk to the nice shops and restaurants on Venice Ave. We loved the covered patio for dining and reading or just listening to the sounds of nature. Our pups loved exploring the large orange tree filled back yard. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting to enjoy this friendly neighborhood and everything Venice has to offer.
