You can't beat the location which is three blocks from the beach, restaurants, shops, galleries and a grocery store, all in walking distance. The home must be rented for at least one full month based on the new village requirements. The cottage makes a great vacation rental or a home away for professionals who need a long term place to unpack and unwind after a long day of work and travel.
