The Dwell House is on a quiet side-street in Bozeman's Northeast Neighborhood. This cozy modernist home flows outdoors. The house features 2+ bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 1,800 sq ft with a lovely backyard and fire pit.
Amenities include 2 bedrooms plus a study (queen fold-out bed), 2.5 baths, a professional kitchen, dining for 6+, and a second-floor balcony. The open floor plan connects a galley kitchen, luminous living room, and dining area to a front patio. The covered back patio has a concrete fireplace and outdoor furniture.
Just three blocks from both downtown and the northeast neighborhood urban district, it offers a yoga area and a 'tree house' porch suspended over the back yard. The primary bedroom, with queen bed and en suite bath, has a daybed; the guest room also features a queen bed with an en suite bathroom and a small mountain view porch. The third room has a queen sofa sleeper.
This green home has solar hot water, radiant heat, and full blinds. Inside are a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and Roku TV. With extensive local art, the owner is around occasionally and can share local tips. Local favorites within a 10-minute walk include Wild Crumb Bakery, Grotto Meats, Finks Deli, Mountains Walking Brewery, Bozone Brewery, Montana Ale Works, and the Co-Op. The house includes a coffee maker, locally roasted Ghost Town starter coffee, linens, cookware, and local info. Our stay at Brian's home was fantastic. Communication before arrival and check-in was seamless. The home is very modern and one of the most thoughtfully designed and decorated properties I've ever stayed in. Everything was conveniently located and clearly explained. It is also well stocked - pots, pans, extra washcloths, cups, plates, board games (loved Banannagrams!) etc... The location is ideal - it is a 14-minute walk or 4-minute drive to downtown Bozeman, where all the bars, shops, etc, are located. One small thing to be aware of is that the bedroom blinds still let in a good bit of light in the morning. We travel with eye masks, so it's not an issue, but if you are someone who likes to sleep in, keep that in mind. The backyard space is spacious and relaxing. The air conditioning unit upstairs, combined with the air circulation system, kept the entire home cool even on days with highs in the 80s. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again!

It was a beautiful home, everything you needed. The home does not have AC. The upstairs bedroom gets very warm. The AC in one bedroom I noisy. It is a window unit. The beds sit on a platform with no box spring. I stay in a lot of VBROs and always had extremely comfortable beds. This was the first one that had uncomfortable beds.
