I hate to leave anything but a glowing review, but our stay was just okay. The location was great - about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and the ocean, with some food options nearby.However, some things could have definitely been better. For example, there is on-site coin laundry downstairs, but there's a door code that was not listed anywhere. So I had to use part of my vacation time on hold with the 1-800 number to get the door code. I found the lack of communication to be kind of annoying. I had also emailed them a full 12 hours before arrival to ask where exactly the condo was on the property since we were getting in after dark. No response at all, even to this day. There were also no real "extras" or nice-to-haves, other than the standard shampoo/conditioner/body wash and some coffee and granola. I am used to properties that go a lot more above and beyond, especially at this price point. The TV continually would not connect to the wi-fi, so it was worthless. There were dead bugs in the condo, and overall the bedrooms being next to a walkway was pretty loud. Also, while there was laundry detergent tucked behind something in a closet, there was no mention of its existence, so I spent 10 to buy my own before I discovered it. Again, nothing terrible, but just kind of annoying. We picked between lots of comparably-priced places, and we both agreed we would choose a different one in the future. Thanks for the opportunity to give you some ideas for improvement.

Awesome location. Literally steps to amazing beaches with stunning water and sea turtles!!!! Walkable dinner spots as well.

We loved the location. It was easily walkable to the beaches. It was nice to have two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living space. We did not have beach towels when we arrived, but they did deliver some upon request. The assigned parking was nice as well. I would stay here again.

The property lacked some basic stuff…tin foil, storage bags, etc and oh yeah, smoke alarms! Did not think you could rent one without that especially on the third floor with 1 egress. Overall comfortable and great location
