About this house rental
Why stay in an ordinary home when you can enjoy your own private tropical oasis? In this uniquely designed layout, a main house and guest house encircle a luxurious courtyard with a heated pool and hot tub. The main house offers two king beds a murphy bed and two bathrooms, while the guesthouse comes with a king bed, one bathroom and kitchenette. The property also includes a one-car garage.
Take a look at the photos of the courtyard. The setting looks so enticing you might think it’s a mirage. But this oasis really does exist, and it’s filled with everything you need for the perfect tropical vacation.
Splash in the heated pool in the midst of lush tropical ferns and plants. Luxuriate in the raised hot tub listening to the rustling of the palm trees in poolside planters. Sip a cool beverage beneath the shade of a thatched umbrella. Recline on sun loungers watching the kids play with all the pool toys that come with the house while the family barbeque chef uses the gas grill to serve lunch on the shaded table. Then it’s back in the pool, because the southern exposure means a full day of sun shines on this tropical oasis.
Inside, sunlight streams through floor-to-ceiling windows, brightening the plank tile floors and coastal turquoise walls. Decorative shells and starfish enhance the calming seaside ambience.
The bright, summer kitchen features an island counter and comes stocked with all the appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner or blend a batch of cocktails to sip in the hot tub as the setting sun casts palm tree shadows on the lanai.
The house comes with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. It also gives you bicycles to explore the Island, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a beach cart, which will come in handy, since you’re just a short walk from the breathtaking beach of turquoise water and silken sands.
If you’re in the mood for dinner and a movie, another short walk takes you to Marco Walk Plaza, a premier open-air shopper’s paradise filled with movie theaters, boutiques and plenty of fine dining options. Great family pre-holiday trip to this home. Plenty of space for 4 people (2 young adult children), beach wagon with chairs worked out great for the short distance walk to the beach. Bikes used to ride around the local streets and to the Pickleball park (just need an air pump for tires and balls).

I've visited many homes in my travels and never come across such a neat layout as this house. Open the front door and you enter the screened courtyard with pool, of which the rest of the house surrounds it. I may not have described this well enough. Suffice it to say this is a nice home to vacation in. Spacious and each bedroom very private and I can say our mattress very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, they have a great grill and outside table that's under cover (in the shade).We had minor issues and contacted the property manager who replied immediately and had someone at the house right away. I was impressed with the property manager. Although I did give 1 less star in the review for check-in. The reason is they request you to stop by their office a few miles away to pick up a sign-in package. It's just the garage door opener. Which you then have to drive back after staying to return. This isn't necessary and a waste of our time.However, the location of the house is perfect. It's in walking distance to one of the main beach access paths. It's also a block or so away from a plaza with two great restaurants, a very good ice cream store and bar. All of which we tried and recommend.Long story is we all said we enjoyed staying at this home. I would definitely vacation here again. Thank-you to the Owners.

We have stayed at this property twice now and will continue to stay there every year! We love it!! The location is perfect. The home is absolutely gorgeous and clean. The only thing wrong with this place is the fact that I don’t “live” here lol!
