About this apartment rental

Quaint one bedroom one bath ground level condo. Private beach with lounge chairs, just a stroll down the path over the creek. Watch the sunset then relax on the patio. All amenities needed for your fun vacation on sight. Including boat, paddle board, and water trampoline rentals. Store within walking distance. Community grill available. Just 8 miles to the heart of Traverse City. Easy access to the tart trail to ride bikes into Traverse City or several restaurants and stores along the way.

The condo is in the perfect location. It was a bit small for 3 people, but the location and price made up for that. I am only giving 4 stars because of the small number of bath and hand towels, the fact that the cooktop is not working correctly and there is no oven, the lack of cookware (I had to buy a skillet to cook eggs, not enough flatware), and the condo generally needs to be given a good cleaning (stains on carpet & upholstery). But again, the location is phenomenal.

We were not given any contact information about our host or who to contact if there was a problem. We were not able to open the lock box and couldn’t get the key out to enter the unit. We spent over an hour trying to determine who was responsible for help on a Saturday evening. Your VRBO employee was unable to get the information we needed. Finally we were able to open the box but we were very frustrated. Also there was no shampoo or soap for showers and only one wash cloth.
