About this house rental

This beautiful spacious home is conveniently located in Old Town Park City on Empire. Home has private parking and can accommodate up to 10 people (including kids). Limit of 8 adults over 18. No exceptions. Please respect this limit when booking rental.

Our home is a two block walk to Main Street, the Park City Mountain Base, and the Town Lift. (@ 0.30 miles in either direction). The property is on Empire Ave near 10th street. It is also close to the Library, which is a Sundance Venue and stop for the free city bus.

The house has four generously sized bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have their own full private bath. The fourth bunk-bed bedroom shares its full bath with the main living space. Bunk-bed room also has a cute platform double bed. A queen size Aerobed blowup bed is also available for that room.

The home's windows are well placed throughout the house offering natural lighting throughout to compliment the modern light fixtures. The house has radiant floor heat and a 7 person hot-tub purchased in 2023.

The driveway and sidewalk have a working snow melt system and inside the garage we have a brand new spacious boot and glove dryer. The driveway and garage can hold a total of four cars (two inside, two out). Extra large SUV rentals will not fit inside garage.

On the lowest floor, there are two master bedrooms with king beds. One master has a small sitting area in room as well. That master also has a fireplace, Jacuzzi spa tub, and large walk in shower. Each of these rooms have large closets. Each of these rooms have a heated mattress pad that keeps the bed nice and cozy on cold nights.

The third bedroom on its own level is also large with a king bed, its own bathroom (shower /tub combo) and a fold out sofa (purchased in 2023); This room has a spare computer monitor, printer and office chair to work comfortably. Closet space is ample.

Another bedroom (on the highest floor) has a bunk bed set, and a full size platform bed. A queen blowup bed could also be used on that floor as there is enough space. That bedroom uses the fourth bathroom in the house that has a toilet, sink and stand up shower. In addition, we can offer guests a high quality pack and play, high chair, and booster seat (for eating).

The home is lightly rented a few times a year. It was remodeled a few years ago. The kitchen area is spectacular. We will have an abundance of useful kitchen items beyond the basics including a slow cooker, large sized rice cooker, full sized toaster oven, Cuisinart, indoor and outdoor grill and waffle maker. Guests love our kitchen including a well stocked pantry.

The main dining area can seat 10 comfortably across three adjacent spaces. There is a main dining area (shown in the photos) which easily seats 6. There is seating for 3 at the kitchen island and the breakfast table by the front door can seat 4-6.

We have a great property manager who can help with many of your private needs on a separately negotiated basis (groceries upon arrival, extra cleanings etc).

THIS HOME HAS ITS PHYSICAL LIMITS, AND WE ASK THAT YOU RESPECT OUR 10 PERSON CAPACITY RULE. GUEST COUNTS OF 9 & 10 WILL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEE OF $60.00 PER PERSON PER DAY TO COVER EXTRA CLEANING TIME NEEDED DUE TO GREATER USE OF LINENS AND/OR TOWELS. IF YOU CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR COUNT WILL BE LESS THAN 8 ADULTS, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE.

My wife and I and our adult family really enjoyed our stay at this house and liked the proximity to the base ski area, as well as restaurants and shopping downtown. We did not need a rental vehicle. The house was well stocked with needed paper supplies and appliances. The owners communicate easily.

House was conveniently located to base of Park City ski resort. Anna was a great host and very communicative before check-in, during the stay and at check-out. House also had all the kitchen stuff needed to cook and feel at home.
