This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ski-in/ski-out condo is about as close as you can get to a ski lift at Park City Mountain. This is a corner unit that looks out right at the PayDay Lift!

We want you to be more comfortable than you are at home!

- We have always maintained a very high housekeeping, sanitizing and laundry standard at our properties.
- CHECK-IN - Arrival is after 4pm. You can call/text on the day of your arrival to check if the unit is available but early access is not guaranteed.
- CHECK-OUT - Departure is 10am or earlier. You can call/text the day before your departure to check on flexibility but late check-out is not guaranteed.

You couldn't get any closer to the slope without sleeping in the snow. Nice unit and great communication with the host. PCMR has busses that go everywhere and you can easily walk to main street. No hot tub in this specific condo community just fyi. Highly recommend.

The unit really is the closest unit to the lifts at Park City. There is a stairwell right next to the unit that takes you out right in front of Payday lift. What we loved the most is one set of windows faces where the children did their ski school so we could watch them with their instructors from the window.The unit itself was clean and had all the essentials necessary. The kids loved the bunk beds and we only wish the king sized bed was as comfortable as the lower bunk bed. The king bed was not to our liking.Some items to take note of:1: Parking, the pass Chris provides is great and the parking is covered which is great.2: Be aware that the parking is not connected to the complex the condo is in. There is not a luggage cart and there are two separate elevators and a set of stairs you need to take to get into the unit. This is not an issue once you have everything inside but does make bringing your items up a bit of a challenge. Advice is to wait until everyone is done with leaving the resort for the night after the lift closes as trying to dodge skiers and share elevators with them made moving luggage less than ideal.3: The lock on the door is secure but there is no deadbolt so if you have a very young child (like we do) who enjoys escaping you have to find a means to block the door otherwise you will find them out in the complex hallway.Overall the unit is great, and the location makes it worth every penny. Chris made sure it was clean and he picked up the phone right away when we needed to ask a question. If we come back to Park City we would consider this unit again.
