Delightfully quiet & cozy, middle of everywhere

The house was very clean! One of the cleanest we've stayed at. There were just a few very minor inconveniences. There was a Keurig coffee maker, but no Keurig pods. There was also a kettle and some instant coffee that has obviously been there awhile. Not a big deal, just mildly annoying. Also no paper towels or tissues. Again, not a big deal, just mildly annoying. Overall it was a great little place to stay. Served our needs. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed for a week long stay in Grand Rapids. The kitchen was well-equipped to allow us to make a few meals at home. Air conditioner worked well on the first floor but was not quite as effective upstairs. Fans were provided, which did help. Easy check in and easy to find. Convenient and relatively quiet location with lots of places to eat nearby. We would stay here again!

The property was excellent, very comfortable, clean, easy to find and access. Very Nice, I’ll stay again. Only reason I gave a 4 on communication is my flights were cancelled due to weather and I got there a day late & im still trying to get a refund for that evening. The home owner QND VRBO REPs are telling me I have to work with house and the host say, I have to work with the host. This is frustrating! Otherwise, the host was very responsive to everything else!! Still working on a resolution. I also got trip insurance and I’m trying to figure out how I can resolve. Thank

The host was very helpful with the issues that we had. The site had very nice towels and was clean on arrival. Kitchen was very small and had only a tiny table and two stools for seating. Kitchenware was adequate. Toaster should be discarded because it is a burn hazard. Microwave quit working but was promptly replaced with a new one. Pipes froze one time and required us to vacate the unit for half a day until they were fixed.Biggest complaint was the TV setup, which only functioned about half the time and had frequent loss of internet connection. e.g. it quit right in the middle of the Superbowl, and we missed most of a quarter until we could get it back online again. This happened 3 or more times every day and was very annoying.
