Serene, private retreat with magnificent views. 15-19 bedrooms, full staff

You will not be disappointed by the attentiveness of Kay and all the staff at Tangerine Villa. They helped us every step of the way and made our stay amazing! Also, the location of the villa is in a beautiful area and very close to many worth while attractions! This will be a vacation we will not soon forget and hope to experience again soon!

This was the most memorable vacation I have ever been on! The staff was incredible and friendly and helpful. We always felt safe and taken care of. All of our villas were stocked with snacks and beverages every morning. My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the middle cozier places with his brother and girlfriend, it had an awesome view from our little deck. It became the hang out spot for most people in our little group for coffee in the morning and a smoke at night. The two bigger villas were amazing for bigger gatherings and games to play around larger tables. The food was incredible! Our kitchen staff was very cool and sweet, Sally was the head of the kitchen and she was so kind to give me pointers on recipes and tell me what was in everything. I love cooking so I was fascinated to learn about a new cuisine. When we first picked out our room the air con wasn't working properly but Taylor and Obrian got right on it and it was fixed by the time we got back from our trip to the beach that day. We had no problems after that. Jackie and Nola were happy to braid some of the people in our group's hair and that was fun for those who got that done. Obrian was our main guy. We really developed a close relationship with him over the days we spent in Jamaica! He was by far the kindest most genuine person I have had the pleasure of meeting in a very long time. I look forward to continuing our friendship throughout our futures! We can't wait to get back down there and spend more time with all the friends we made there. There were two super cute puppies that O.b. was caring for, that hung around the villas and they made my trip so much more enjoyable too! I loved the names he gave them, Rocky Dog and Mia Pup! Sounds so island life to me and kind of melted my lil heart! I really cannot speak highly enough about the service and helpful nature we received while we were there. We miss it so much! Especially O.b. and the puppers! This was a trip to remember for the rest of our lives!

Family and friends visiting Jamaica, a much deserved escape after the long cold winter. After some flight delays and frustrations during the travels, it was awesome to arrive to this beautiful property and be welcomed by the wonderful staff, who had a delicious dinner ready for us, rum bunch and cold beer on the ice! This is a tropical paradise, with so much nature all around, we never expected such a unique private oasis compared to the usual type of places. The pictures do not show the true beauty of this place at all. We all loved our rooms, the poolside and celebration lounge. It was hard to decide to go on the road, as here at the villa were were so comfortable and the staff were spoiling us all day long. The cooking was by far the best. The jamaican food that we have tasted before, was nothing compared to food at Jaquar Villas. Each meal here was an exciting experience with new flavors and dishes. Some of us are vegan, some with allergies to seafood and others scared of spice, yet the cooks provided a perfect menu each day, to please each one of us. They worked so hard. This place is worth every penny, you will never find a place at this value and quality, for a large group especially. The beach is stunning, never knew that Runaway Bay has such amazing beaches. Perfect. Better than Negril, no hasslers. We will return for sure. Thank you Jaquar Villas crew; Sally, Jackie, Taylor and OB ! Miss you already !

Amazing! Stay here! Used the entire property for stay. We throughly enjoyed our stay. I want to give a special shout out to the property manager, Taylor. His attention to detail helped our guests in too many ways to count. He made us all feel as if Jaquar Villa was our home. Helena, the curator of the property will be the person you communicate with and plan your stay. Her email response time and costumer service is bar none. I swear I haven't had the pleasure of working with someone better and I travel a lot. She was perfect! We had an great wedding weekend because the property and the staff were so beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again. There are some things you should know: Crawling critters were all over the property (lizards, water-bugs, large spiders etc....) They were not intrusive but simply apart of the nature thats abundantly around. Barking dogs. Actually they howled and scraped and cried all night into morning. It was quite strange. The kitchen staff were wonderful ladies, helpful and their gift for cooking is evident but not all of the food we brought into the property was cooked. Breakfast never seemed to be enough for all guests. In fact many guests overheard conversations by the kitchen staff about diving up the food ingredients bought amongst themselves. For others this may seem alarming but for us we knew we had intentions of allowing them to have whatever was left over and so decided for the sake of the peaceful weekend not to make a big deal of it. For anyone reading this do not be put off by this just keep an eye on the food being cooked and the ingredients being used. Special shout out to Mr. Gilling. He is the driver for the property. On time service with a smile. Accommodating! Friendly! Knowledgable about the ins and outs of the island! I encourage anyone with a large group to stay here. Memories were made that will last my family a lifetime.
