Corkscrew Flats subdivision is a 18 year old development walking distance to Main Street on Wellington Road. Views of Mt Baldy and French Creek. Hiking and biking trials. On bus route for easy access to the lifts and historic town of Breckenridge. Condo is a home completed in October 2007. New furniture, appliances, granite counter tops, with great views and private entrance with patio seating next to French Creek. Owners live in town and are available for assistance during your stay. King bed, Direct TV with streaming available stereo, DVD, free WI-FI, 9 foot ceilings, and in floor radiant heat for your comfort. Smoke and pet free quiet unit.

Everything was great! Dave and Sharon were very accommodating. The room was spotless, comfy bed, quiet....couldn't ask for more....Other than more snow!

The condo was clean, very comfortable with beautiful surroundings including a Mountain View and had all amenities you need. Our host was great and everything went very well. We would most definitely stay there again!

Great property a short distance from downtown. We never walked to downtown or took the nearby bus. I estimate the walk would be around 20 minutes. Parking downtown was very easy and affordable, but we were there off season. Very nice neighborhood with some walking trails and great views. The dedicated parking spot was nice to have. I recommend staying here if you are not committed to staying downtown.

David and Sharon are excellent hosts for this beautiful home beside the stream on the mountain side. This was our second stay, and we look forward to many more.
