I had a very comfortable stay. The place is decorated nicely, the beds are comfortable, and it’s located in a great neighborhood but still quiet. (There is construction across the street but I couldn’t really hear it. It’s also far from the bedrooms so my sleep was not impacted at all.) Additional pluses: ample parking in back and blackout curtains.

Convenient location to the American Royal. Good price for the week days. Construction across the street didn’t bother us.

Stayed with family and our pup. Loved the location and scoping out the neighborhood. Good eateries right around the corner (Q39 BBQ 3 minutes away). The space was very clean and comfortable. Construction happening across the street, but we were out during the day. Would definitely stay again.
