Modern 1 bedroom apartment on the sea front of Cabanas De Tavira

Very lovely apartment with a nice view over laguna. Very good and frendly service from Casa Servico.

Alojamento excelente e dentro das expectativas. Ótima localização, recomendo vivamente a quem quiser usufruir de uns bons dias de férias.

Bem localizado, sossegado, boa decoração, todos os utensílios necessários. Vale bem a pena.

Overall the stay was ok. There are pros, and cons to this unit Pros - Good location - at the end of the resort so you are not bothered much by other guests, but you do have full use of the resort. -Unit is overall clean, and has some upgrades ( cabinets and appliances) -Two grocery stores within 10 minute walk -Good restaurants within 5 minute walk. -Overall quiet Cons -The unit advertised having a washing machine, but in fact it does not. We based our decision on the fact of having a washing machine as that dictates the way we pack. Had to find a laundromat and spend a couple of hours twice to deal with it. -No instructions when we got there. Usually there is always a welcome book or something with helpful information. The front desk of the resort would not help as they said we have to contact the owner. Not even info on the WiFi. We contacted the Host (not the owner) and she was quick to help - but that could easily be handled with instructions. There is a great new combo microwave - oven, that we never really figured out how to work - Again - no instructions. Sewer Smell..... The washroom had an ongoing smell. It appeard to be sewer gas coming back in. We had to keep the door closed, and the window open, and drains covered. Small details -Screen door does not slide -Toilet seat is falling off, but no way to tighten it without tools ( no tools on site) -Hand held shower was 1/2 broken, so some of the water was spraying out .
