The home has Master Bedroom with ensuite full bath and King size bed. The guest bedroom has double bed and mountain views. The den is set up as media room with HDTV and WiFi. Large eat-in kitchen open to dining and living area. Large view windows in all rooms bring in the outdoors and mountain views. Saltio tiled patio with ramada is perfect for BBQ's and outdoor enjoyment of the private fenced yard. Living room has romantic gas fireplace for cool desert nights.

Wonderful neighborhood.Neighbors are so friendly.I rode my bike 10 miles every day and never had to leave the gated community.Tennis courts are in tip top shape.5 min from Rancho city hall hiking trail.CV link is 10 min away on bike.Home is large, big grass fenced back yardGarage too. With a couple bikes to use.We had a wonderful time, Thank you carol

This place was just what we needed while we looked for a home to buy. Very homey and the backyard was pleasant to have coffee in the morning. I especially loved the pool area and taking an evening walk around the neighborhood. The gated community is very safe and secure and the neighbors are friendly. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We didn’t have any issues at all. I highly recommend staying here.

Sunny skies and highs in the 70s, what a great place to escape winter’s surprises. This property is conveniently located, very comfortable and secure. The property manager is also great to work with.
