Important Resort Rules
Discovery Bay is a 100% Smoke-Free Community. This applies to all common areas in the Resort including inside the unit and on the patio. If you smoke, you have to stand on the sidewalk off the property. Failure to comply and security will issue a $200 fine
Zero tolerance Drug Policy
Any drug use will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Quiet Time is 11pm until 8am
There is a quiet time from 11pm until 8am, please turn off all music and keep voices down so other guests and residents of Discovery Bay can enjoy their sleep time!
Noise Fine: $200 Per Incident
Excessive Cleaning Fee: $100
Checkout Requirements
Please leave the following items inside the suite upon departure:

Garage Door Opener (GDO)
Replacement Fee: $125 Per Missing Fob or GDO
Pet Policy
No pets permitted of any size.
No alcohol on the pool deck, no glass at all in the pool area only tins cans or plastic cups are allowed.
No drinks or food allowed while in the pool, you must consume them before entering the water. If you break any of the strata rules or bylaws you will be fined $200 per incident.
Must be min 25 yrs old to book with us (children or grandchildren are welcome)
This is not the place to party, We don't allow bachelor or bachelorette parties.

Amazing host. Really accommodating. Stay was slightly smaller than expected and a bit tight for 6 people but fine for a couple nights. Great location, close to beach and walking distance from downtown.

This property was great! The unit itself was clean and inviting.
The grounds and surrounding area was great for walking. Restaurants were close by.
My friends and I came for a wine tour and only had two days. Next time I’d love to stay longer.

Owner is wonderful and came by to see how we were settling in. Parkade is pretty tight due to pillars and bicycles close to parking. Beds are extremely comfortable. Busy street but extra parking available. Busy with both foot and vehicle traffic. Well equipped kitchen and lots of towels. Noticed the grill could use a cleaning, maybe the cleaner forgot to check it and linens on sofa bed were soiled. Even so would still recommend.
