30sqm property divided into living room, bedroom (without door), kitchen and bathroom, with the living room having a single bed, comfortable double sofa bed, a small marble bench with 2 chairs, LCD TV and air conditioning. View to the back of the building.
The bedroom is organized with a double bed and split air conditioning. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and cooktop and bathroom with gas shower.
Basic cable TV, washing machine and Wi-Fi are included in the price.
WE PROVIDE WHITE BED AND BATH LINEN, BLANKETS AND PILLOWS.
