About this apartment rental
Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and free parking garage. Suitable for up to 4 guests. It is located on calle Florentín, in the very heart of the historical center, just 50 meters from the Cathedral.
The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style: details include red marble flooring, dark wood furniture, original artwork and wallpapered rooms.
The spacious living area is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, large dining table and chairs. There is central air-conditioning, heating, double glazed windows, free wi-fi internet access and TV.
The kitchen has all necessary utensils and appliances for self-catering, including a microwave, oven, washing machine with dryer and dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed (150x200cm) and a large wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower head. The second bedroom has twin beds (90x200cm), a desk and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are extremely quiet to sleep.
There is a second bathroom, smaller in size, with shower.
Florentín is on the first floor of a residential building, with elevator.

It wasn't easy to find, but Manuel was very helpful on the phone, and Joao was there waiting to show us the way. The location of this apartment could not have been better.
We had a number of concerns about the unit, however. Many areas were not clean. There was very little toilet paper left in either bathroom. Many of the dishes were dirty, and most of the very few mugs were badly chipped. And, the shower in the 2nd bathroom is so tiny that it is effectively unuseable.
