About this apartment rental
The apartment sleeps 4 people and is ideal for couples and families. Transfer to and from Dalaman Airport can be arranged. A 15-minute stroll or 5-minute taxi ride brings you to Kalkan town center.. Without a doubt, the prettiest of the small resorts along the Lycian Coast. Built down the side of a deep valley, its narrow, bougainvillea-draped streets tumble into an attractive harbor. Every street has a beautiful array of upmarket shops and boutiques, while the many roof terrace restaurants provide the perfect end to another perfect day.
*Kitchen: Complete with oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pine cupboards, microwave, toaster, and filter coffee maker. All cutlery, crockery, and glassware are provided.
*Utility Room: Rear patio with a large shaded, private area with extra pine storage cupboards housing washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes horse.
*Living Rooms: Large 3 seater sofa (day bed), matching armchair, glass-topped coffee table, and bookcase all in wrought iron. Large half-moon window with views of Kalkan Bay.
*Other: Large balcony with plenty of shade. Matching table and chairs overlooking both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays.
*Amenities/Facilities: Large Shared Pool.

*Accessibility; Due to its elevated position the apartment may be unsuitable for those with walking/mobility difficulties.
*Outside; Double patio doors to a large balcony overlooking the pool, Kalkan, and Kalamar Bays. Marble-topped wrought iron table with matching chairs. The complex is surrounded by landscaped gardens with a stunning free-form, large shared swimming pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided.

A wonderful apartment with a great shared pool which was empty most days! Sun beds and cushions are allocated per apartment. No views from the apartment itself apart from, from the terrace, but lovely views from the pool (30 seconds walk). The apartment was basic but had everything we needed. One double bedroom with ensuite shower room, one twin bedroom and a separate shower room. Bath and pool towels provided, hand soap and loo roll provided. Shower water pressure wasn’t great. Basic dry provisions in kitchen and welcome basket including fresh ingredients and bottled water on arrival was great. Bedrooms and living room had air con units and bedrooms had ceiling fans. Both worked well although double bedroom ceiling fan was noisy on lowest setting and the aircon unit in that room clunked. Owner Hakan was very quick to respond to any questions and kindly arranged a late checkin (1am arrival) and a late checkout for us. The block is high above Kalkan in a very quiet residential area with a couple of smart hotels near by. Supermarket, corner shop and restaurants a short walk. A steep 20 min walk into town, can we slippery if in sandles. Perfectly manageable but quite sweaty in the heat!!! Taxis cost 200TL so a cheap and easy option if you don’t fancy the walk! All in all, a wonderful holiday and I’d definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Lovely spacious apartment in a very peaceful location but only minutes to facilities and the town.Traditionally furnished but very well equipped and felt like a home from home. We especially enjoyed the terraces.The pool is beautiful and the small complex very well kept.The photos do not do it justice Excellent and very helpful communication for booking , check in and queries from host Hakan Recommendations only- would be for a better kitchen bin and WiFi

Apartment is lovely, pool area was peaceful.Was unaware this was a ground floor apartment so was expecting better views from balcony not just an over grown bush and roof. Maid service is stated twice every weeks, this was not the case! no clean sheets/ towels replaced for the week we stayed there! Nor was toilet roll replaced! Other than the service, the apartment was satisfactory
