Living space has been recently updated with modern furniture. Living-room was clean and well laid out for groups. View of beach and ocean from balcony was breath taking, amazing view of sunrises. Easy access to the beach. Condo located on the 11th floor with elevators located just down the hall. Master bed was super comfy, mattresses in bunks were in great shape for the kids room, the queen bed in the other bedroom is needing to be replaced (it was lumpy and uncomfortable). Towels and sheets were sparkling clean. Rugs and comforters are showing there age, spots were visible, lots of extra soft clean blankets were available to curl up in for cold nights. Bathrooms are quite dated, master shower had a big chunk in fiberglass repaired and baseboard missing around Jacuzzi tub, the shower head in family bath is very low and lighting is minimal. Kitchen was equipped with silverware, dishes, cups and two Mr. Coffee makers. If you plan to make coffee, pack filters they will not be provided. Laundry area was convenient. The condo served our needs well, nothing fancy but functional and a great location close to the Publix grocery store.
