About this apartment rental
Your home away from home is close to IU campus and College Mall. About a 3 minute drive to College Mall and all the restaurants around the mall. About 7 minutes (2 1/2 miles) to campus. On the East Side of Bloomington in the desirable Hyde Park neighborhood. Over 2,100 square feet of clean and quiet living space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

We had a great fall weekend at Joe’s house. The house is immaculate, cozy and stocked with everything you could want. Great outdoor space with a firepit and seating. Joe is flexible and accommodating. We’d stay again!

This location was a perfect choice for the IU Graduation weekend. It had everything we needed, it was clean, and it felt like home. The host was easy to deal with and overall everything went smooth. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Bloomington, IN.

Looking for a relaxing weekend, in a beautiful place to stay in the Bloomington/Nashville area? This is your place! Perfect place for couples or families to stay with lots of space to visit together or relax apart. We immediately felt at home when the next door neighbor greeted us, and said you're going to love this place. They were right! Joe is a great host, thought of every detail and provides things you might not have thought of. Well stocked kitchen, beautiful decor, two large sitting areas inside and a spacious porch give plenty of room to relax. Cannot ask for a cleaner place.Our weekend getaway included the Comedy Attic and Nick's English Hut on Friday night, disc golf at a nearby course Saturday morning, trip to Nashville Saturday afternoon, ATV tasting tour at Hard Truth Distillery (request Mike for your tour guide!), and wine tasting at Oliver's Winery on our way home. This was the perfect "home base" and allowed us to enjoy breakfast (thanks to my friend who brought yummy casseroles) and time together that you can't do in a hotel.Highly recommend this beautiful condo and location. Thanks Joe!
