About this apartment rental
Hi, we look forward to welcoming you into our home (I am a New Zealander and my husband Yiannis is Greek). We are on the third floor (roof top), in a traditional and pretty suburb. We are slam bang in middle of all the important places you are going to want to get to. Our house is a bright, airy, mix of styles. We want you feel free and at home here. Although we are in the center of a busy city, we have built an oasis of privacy with a tall picket fence and lush greenery. We have birds visiting us and you can hear the local birds through-out the day. Our house is an eclectic mix of traditional, arty and colorful objects. It is light and airy. The veranda is approx. 55m2 and is a paradise, perfect for the morning coffee and late night drink to unwind. It is also very safe if you have children. The 2nd bedroom is also accessible from the lounge, it has a frosted glass door and curtains on that side to ensure privacy. There is everything you could possibly need in the house, from juice maker to bread maker, all cooking/serving dishes, plenty of books to read, some games, stereos etc.

Karon est une hôtesse très sympathique et disponible. L’appartement situé à 1/4 d’heure du métro est très agréable. La terrasse intime est très grande. Nous nous sommes sentis athéniens durant notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (9 jours). L'appartement est situé dans une zone résidentielle calme. On rejoint le métro en 10 mn environ en passant par une rue animée avec tous les commerces dont on a besoin. Par la ligne 1 on est à 2 stations du Pirée et à 5 stations du centre d'Athènes. A pied il faut 10 mn pour arriver à la fondation Niarchos qui vaut vraiment la peine.
L'appartement est très lumineux avec une belle terrasse orientée sud ouest. Il est meublé avec goût, à la différence d'autres appartements loués qui ont un mobilier standard. Le lit de la chambre principale est bon et la chambre donne sur une cour intérieure calme.
Karonn et Yannis sont très accueillants et nous ont apporté (en anglais) toutes les informations et explications dont nous avions besoin.
Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.
