Cabin was in a great location and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy. Good amenities and communication from the host. My family enjoyed our time and would stay here again.

The cabin was intimate and cozy for a couple. The hot tub had good privacy. The location is perfect to park at the cabin and walk down to Gatlinburg. Excellent rental.

When we checked in the cabin was extremely musty smelling. The carpet was not vacuumed and they sent someone out to do it after we checked in. The shower downstairs leaked throughout the night. It's very dated, with some Christmas decor still out and dusty. The bed frame has large wooden beams right at shin level so whoever has to walk around will hit it since there is little space to maneuver. The double rocking chair by the hot tub was broken. It wasn't the worst, but there needs to be a lot more thought and care put into this location. And the smell needs to be addressed. I would not stay here again.
