About this house rental
DEAR GUEST! PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES:
-If you book the house, you must stay unless you have discussed this in past with us and you will be personally responsible for the house.
-This Property is in deed-restricted Homeowner association and most HOA doesn’t like short-term rental places (Air B and B /VRBO) therefore we don’t want to rent and get red-flagged by HOA therefore helping me by following the instructions.
-NO Random invites without prior permission.
-NO Throwing party or Parties.
-NO Loud music inside or outside, please respect our neighbors and if we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave.
-No hanging out outside the front door
-Don’t just leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors will call the police just to harass you and me.
-NO smoking inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door.
-NO Pets without prior permission.
-upon check out, please follow all checkout instructions list.
-If you have more people staying at the house than listed on the reservation, you will lose your deposit.
-Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out.
-Missing garage door remote.
-Late Checkout without prior approval.
-Don’t have anything shipped to the house without prior permission.
-We provide make-up wipes/removers, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use them for the next guest.
-Make-up stains on pillowcases/bed sheets and comforters.
-Don’t use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes.

This property has outdoor security cameras for your protection.

The place was in a quiet neighborhood. It was ok on the clean scale. The entrance outside was a mess from tree debris. The beds were comfortable. The water in the master shower was barely warm. I would stay again, but don't have high expectations.

This was for my grandson and his parents. They felt a little intimidated by the 'sneaking around' part of the stay. They were warned it was breaking deed restrictions. That part was very uneasy for all.

I rented this house because of the walk-in shower, so that my 80 year old in-laws wouldn't have to climb in and out of a tub/shower. We never had hot water in the master shower. Another customer from 2 years ago said they had no hot water. So either this is an on-going issue or it's never been fixed. If the owner knew there was no hot water, we should have been informed before we rented the house. I would have booked another house. We were asked to send a message when we had checked out. I sent the owner a message when we left and told him there was no hot water. It's been 4 days now, no response back.
The house was nice and clean and in a great neighborhood. My only other complaint, which is minimal, there were 4 closets and there were maybe 10 coat hangers in the master closet. We all pretty much just lived out of our suitcases.

The house was good for 3 of us.
The inside was fine. HOWEVER, upon arriving it was dark with only a porch light that did NOT light up the driveway. The driveway was broken up. I found the driveway to be very difficult to walk on. My 85 year old mother-in-law almost fell.
The front door code did not work. The beds were uncomfortable. The mattresses seemed old. In addition to the mattress issue, the sheets were very wrinkled due to being too large for the mattress. The mattress I tried sleeping on had a deep divit that I could not roll out of. The shower in the master bathroom needs cleaned around the edges. It had no where to put shampoo, etc. The edge of the kitchen sink needs cleaned.
There were not enough garbage cans,or liners.The venting for the dryer left the laundry room wet. MIL almost fell in there. Master bathroom door was broken with promises to fix the next day, but never happened. There were no fans in the bathrooms. The "owner" walked in on us without knocking.
