Villa Filoxenia all seasons, near airport, sea, Athens

Ολα ήταν πολυ καλυτερα από ότι περιμεναμε, Ο Γιωργος ήταν αψογος και προθυμος να βοηθησει σε ολες τις αποριες μας. Το μερος πολυ καθαρο και ομορφο, για χαλαρωση ειναι οτι καλυτερο. Το barbeque το τιμησαμε και με το παραπανω. Με την πρωτη ευκαιρια θα σας επισκευτουμε παλι.

He goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. For his hospitality, I give him a well-deserved 10/10. ⸻ The Villa The villa has a very comfortable living room with a TV and super-fast Starlink Wi-Fi, available 24/7. The living area is both practical and cozy. Every room is equipped with powerful air conditioners, including the children’s rooms, which also have double beds. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there is an additional shared bathroom and toilet. For comfort and convenience, this deserves 10/10. Inside the house, there is a wardrobe fully stocked with white, perfectly clean towels, bed linens, and sheets. There are also sets in different colors, all fresh and plentiful. This attention to detail deserves another 10/10. The cleanliness of the entire villa, both inside and outside, is impeccable – truly deserving of a perfect score. ⸻ Outdoor Areas In the common outdoor areas, there are tables and chairs everywhere – you can enjoy your coffee by the pool, have your meal at the entrance, or use the barbecue near the garage and dine there as well. The outdoor spaces are just as functional and inviting as the interiors. ⸻ Overall Impression As someone who has traveled for many years, both in summer and winter, I can say this is one of the rarest high-quality places I have ever stayed. It truly deserves a full 10/10. The location of the villa is excellent – convenient and beautiful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10/10) Highly recommended for a perfect family stay!

La maison était très bien équipée ( machine à café, machine à laver…..) ,climatisation dans toutes les chambres, la piscine géniale et sans vis à vis au calme !!!, la proximité avec l’aéroport. Les principaux lieux touristiques ainsi que Athènes sont à 40 minutes de voiture. Merci à George et sa famille pour le panier de bienvenue avec tous les produits locaux… notre première fois en Grèce … c’était juste magnifique !!!

George and Lena were fantastic hosts, packed the house with everything one may need and then some, accommodated our every (and changing) need, and answered every question we had about the area. The apartment is very comfortable and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The beach, supermarkets, and restaurants were all a short drive away. It’s also quite close to the airport, but you don’t feel it while you’re there.
