About this house rental
This delightful 125-year-old farmhouse, overlooking a vineyard, sits on two acres. Recently renovated, the house is 3,000 square feet and can comfortably sleep 6-8 people in three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and the third with a king and a view of the vineyards. 170 + Five Star Reviews on VRBO The home has AC in the three upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs does not have AC. City of St. Helena Short-Term Rental Permit # PL19 - 013V The downstairs has a large front room, a dining room and a separate parlor that is great for gathering around the fireplace with family and friends. There is a large wrap around porch that has two twin beds, which also have a view of the vineyards. The porch is also a wonderful place to dine on warm summer evenings. The downstairs living area does not have AC. This area stays fairly cool on warm days and nights. We do have portable fans, if needed. I'm available 24 hours during your stay Easy walk to downtown St. Helena. Please note we are required by the city of Saint Helena to collect a 13% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) which is included in the price per night.

Staying at the St. Helena House is truly something special. From the history of the house and all the property entails to the breathtaking views of Beringer Vineyards, our family had an incredible stay. It is a perfect location to quickly get into town and feels so extremely private while on the grounds. The owners are so gracious, attentive and polite. Always had a quick response if we had a question and were extremely accommodating. We dream of returning sooner than later. Thank you! The Gilbert Family

This property is the perfect fit for a wine country weekend. Great location and comfortable setting right in the vineyards but convenient to all of the shops and restaurants in St. Helena.
