Enjoy a beach view from the tops of the trees in our 3rd-floor, ocean front condo at Cinnamon Beach 831! From lush palms to cinnamon-colored sands to sparkling waves on a private beach, the beautiful shoreline is yours to enjoy from this luxe condo.
You have a front-row seat for the sunrise every morning at Cinnamon Beach 831, with a seemingly endless horizon stretched out before you. Sit at the casual table on your ocean front balcony and watch the seabirds soar into breakfast along the water's edge and dive into the waves. The occasional beachcomber will leave lone footprints in the apricot-colored sands; other than that, the beach is blissfully empty, just waiting for you.
Enjoy the inviting, open plan living space in any number of ways. Go the traditional route, with a good book and a glass of wine on the ocean front balcony. Or enjoy the best technology available - HDTV, crisp new Blue Ray/DVD player, with Netflix streaming via high-speed wireless Internet. Need more built-in entertainment after perfect days in the sun? Condo 831 completely spoils its lucky guests with 250 channels of cable, plus unlimited long-distance calling in the U.S. and Canada.
A balcony is a great place for sunbathing, chatting, and simply watching the waves. Covered so that it always has a mix of sunshine and shade, it will certainly become your favorite spot at the condo, any time of day or night! The murmur of the surf is so hypnotic, the salty breezes so refreshing, and the balmy air so soothing!
You don't have to leave the view behind when you move indoors. The sliding-glass doors occupy one whole wall of the living room, and the open-design plan makes the view accessible even from the kitchen. So when it's time for air conditioning and indoor fun, slip inside and sink down onto the comfy couch in our living room. There's a big flat-screen TV with cable DVR service and Blue Ray/ DVD player awaiting you here, not to mention plush armchairs and plenty of space for the kids to spread out their toys and projects.
The light color scheme and open plan combine to create an airy, beachy feel that extends to the dining room. Here, beneath a modern chandelier, the whole group can enjoy a meal at the table, followed by a rousing round of 500 Rummy. The breakfast bar serves as the perfect buffet counter.
For less formal occasions, there's also a breakfast nook tucked away in the back of the kitchen, in a sun-soaked corner. This is a great area for children, away from the main action of the living area. It's also a nice retreat for those in the group who simply want to read or work a puzzle instead of joining in the group fun.

We've stocked the cupboards with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you could wish, and the counters with time-saving appliances from a microwave and coffee maker to a blender. If you're cooking at home this vacation, you'll feel as though you're on the set of a Food Network show; if you're eating out, you'll appreciate the availability of fridge and microwave for all those delicious leftovers!
There are 3 bedrooms at Cinnamon Beach 831, plus a sofa sleeper in the living room. The primary suite is simply palatial, with a fluffy king-sized bed, HDTV with Blue Ray/DVD player, and ocean views. The en-suite bathroom beguiles with a big soaking tub and a walk-in shower. No matter how many miles you have logged on the golf course or beach that day, you'll feel rejuvenated after a good soak and a bubble bath!
The second bedroom is comfy as well, with a queen-sized bed, HDTV, and bath containing both a shower and tub option. And our third bedroom is ideal for kids, with 2 twins, a TV, and convenient access to the third full bathroom. All linens and towels are provided here, along with a full-sized washer and dryer to keep all those swimsuits fresh and dry!

My family and I had a great stay at Cinnamon Beach. The condo was very roomy for 6 adults. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked and very roomy. The beach was easily accessible from the condo. It was a short walk to the pool. We wish it had been a little closer.

My family and I were very pleased with everything. On the 7th night our last night the dryer started making a horrible noise. But the last load was just towels so I hung them around to dry. The condo was great and way more stocked in the kitchen than anywhere else we’ve stayed. There did not seem to be many tourists, mostly older folks living there.
The beach: if you are expecting to body surf in the ocean right at the condo think again. There are huge rocks right under the surface of the water. We drive about 10 minutes down the road and beached there. No rocks in the surf.
Overall would definitely go back to condo.
Great family vacation.

A native of Florida and I had never been to this area. Beautiful!! We had a lovely time in this beautiful, clean condo. We woke every morning to an awesome sunrise and enjoyed the day at the beach and then at one of the two pools at the resort. We even managed to see a few dolphins and other wildlife. The condo has very comfy beds, bedding, towels, etc. Everything is up to date. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. We cooked at the condo most of the time. There is a grocery store just down the street. We did eat out a few nights. The property management company was very accommodating if we had any questions. We are hoping to return.
