Exclusive Pointe Milou Villa With Large Private Pool & Sunset Ocean View

Our first attempt to stay here in 2020 was disrupted by Covid, but we finally made to this island gem and it was well worth the wait !! We found the Villa to have one of the best views on the island. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. We easily could've spent the whole day here with the ideal layout of the villa, the fantastic sunset, and great private pool. Communication with the owner was great. Phillip met us at the airport and we followed him to the Villa where he spent extra time showing us how to get around St Barths as there was some road construction being performed on the island. The Villa was very clean, nice beds, efficient A/C, well thought out entertainment set up and very nice open seating area in which to relax. There are some stairs you walk down from where you park so just be aware of them. The plus of that is the Villa is off the main road a little and feels more intimate. We loved all the tropical foliage and plants as well. We really felt like we were away from it all. Thanks John for the refund during the covid crisis and the chance to book again and stay at your great Villa. We really hope we have the opportunity to stay here again !!

The house is nice, with a dramatic view, in a nice district. The house is well equipped, quite old school decorated but with a touch of Caribbean style. It was renovated, with air conditioning and fan. The garden is luxuriant. The pool is hot, with a nice view. The place is quiet. The 2 bedrooms are well equipped, and the kitchen also is. The only small flaw is about the living room, it's an open air place, and the sofa is not comfortable enough. It's could be more cosy to be the perfect place to chill during the evening.

Overall the property was very comfortable, private and as-advertised. It’s not fancy, but very practical and comfortable. The only small issue we experienced was with the outdoor living space and mosquitoes but it was tolerable most of the time.

I have been to the island several times, but this was my first stay at Alize. I can not imagine wanting to stay anywhere else after our week at the villa. Point Milieu has outstanding views and this villa is no exception. Beautiful sunsets and close enough to the water to hear the waves while floating in the pool. And the pool is just perfect. Very clean and well maintained. The grounds are just beautiful. Plenty of parking right in front of the villa. The bathrooms are very nice and roomy. We cooked several meals and the kitchen is perfect and has everything you need. You never know what to expect when you pull the lid off a Weber grill, but this one was spotless. Everything worked as you would expect it to. Wifi worked perfectly. The bedroom was very comfortable and the ac would get it as cold as you could want it. Beach chairs, beach towels and coolers were provided. Rebecca, the housekeeper, was awesome. I just can't think of anything negative to say about it. We will certainly stay there again.
