Tastefully appointed one-bedroom apartment in North Berkeley, two blocks from the North Berkeley BART Station. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a Berkeley home. It is a new addition so everything i.e. all appliances and furnishings are absolutely 'brand new'. It includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, bathroom with bath and shower, washer-dryer, lovely kitchen with space for eating, a spacious living room. and many amenities. The apartment has a separate entrance and a sweet garden patio area.

Location! Walk to BART, Fourth Street Shopping area, UC Berkeley, Gourmet Ghetto, Downtown Berkeley with Art Deco Berkeley Library on Kittredege.

Great stay. Host very communicative. Location perfect for our purposes. Walkable and quiet area. Parking on street was easy. Unit had everything we needed and was very clean. Bed was also very comfortable. Would love to stay here in the future.
