Tastefully appointed one-bedroom apartment in North Berkeley, two blocks from the North Berkeley BART Station. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a Berkeley home. It is a new addition so everything i.e. all appliances and furnishings are absolutely 'brand new'. It includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, bathroom with bath and shower, washer-dryer, lovely kitchen with space for eating, a spacious living room. and many amenities. The apartment has a separate entrance and a sweet garden patio area.

This is an excellent property with excellent hosts. I highly recommend it. My only reservation is that giving a good recommendation like this might mean that’s full next time I want to stay! More seriously, there are many thoughtful touches throughout the apartment than the process of checking in and out.

An excellent place! Exactly as displayed in the listing. Probably the best well-stocked rental I've ever been in. Comfortable, quiet and in a great convenient locale. I'd gi.ve it 10 stars in all ways not just 5.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The home was exactly as described—comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to future guests.
