Beautiful designer decorated, pristine 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in Oak Village in Sugarmill Woods, Homosassa, Florida. Master bedroom has king size bed, TV, walk in closet, ensuite large bathroom with walk in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom has Queen size bed, and 3rd bedroom doubles as an office with a queen size convertible sofa.
The great room (comprising open plan kitchen, living room, dining room and breakfast area) has a big screen TV and overlooks the lanai, heated pool and a very private greenbelt where no other houses can be seen. Two car garage. Includes cable TV, internet- WiFi and telephone service (unlimited calling within the USA).

Such a wonderful property. Clean, comfortable, spacious and has everything you need. The pool area is so lovely and private. Dick, Dorothy and Joanna were terrific hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. I look forward to staying again!

We spent a wonderful 3 weeks in March 2022 enjoying the warmth and sunshine in this extremely comfortable and well-equipped home. The heated pool was a daily treasure and the neighborhood offered countless miles of walking. Everything was as posted and the property caretaker was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely book again!
