Privately owned charming cottage within 1400-acre historic Shelburne Farms. Fully equipped and furnished. Open floor plan on first floor. Second floor has one bedroom with king. Small office room has trundle that can become 2 twins or king. Full basement with washer and dryer. Access to walking trails, Lake Champlain. Peaceful and private. Let your soul catch up. 7.5 miles to Burlington. 30 to Middlebury.
