House was clean and plenty of space for sleeping. Kitchen, although a tight area, was stocked with a lot of small appliances and pots and pans. The location was awesome. We had a fox and a couple moose walk through our parking area every evening. Right off of the Moose Wilson Rd too which we enjoyed driving everyday to look for animals. Check in was easy and Outpost does a great job of communicating all of the info we needed.

I stayed here with a group of my girlfriends and the place was perfect. We all had a comfortable place to sleep and hangout. It was in a perfect location. We really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and over to Persephone bakery for coffee in the mornings. I would 100% stay here again.

We loved our stay at Larkspur 1223! The unit was clean and comfortable and the location was super convenient. We appreciated the Snake River coffee and donut holes that welcomed us upon arrival. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier and the communication from the host was perfect. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and loved that we could walk to the Aspen market and Persephone West Bank Coffee too!

I've stayed in Vrbo properties in the past and found this to be twice the price and half the value of previous stays. This is the first time I've not given a 5 star review. There were numerous housekeeping issues that need to be addressed such as: sheets didn't fit the queen size bed, need to repair the silverware drawer, the outside entrance light doesn't work, the foyer light doesn't work, the ceiling light/fan in the upstairs bedroom doesn't work, the wall receptacle in the downstairs bedroom fell out of the wall and shocked the person trying to use it, the oven light needs to be replaced and the grill was filthy. Housekeeping/maintenance personnel need to pay more attention to detail.
