About this house rental
Welcome to The Altamonte House. This home is in a prime location standing between Orlando's major theme parks and beautiful beaches! Altamonte Springs is the peace and luxury you search for when visiting a busy city, but still want to have an oasis of your own. The neighborhood is nestled off of a golf course, and makes for beautiful evening walks with amazing sunsets! The home sits on a half acre lot and is surrounded by large trees on all sides. If you want to go to the beach all you have to to do is head East on I4. If you want the theme parks, head West. The home has been completely remodeled inside and out. There is a fire pit in the back yard, as well as candles to keep mosquitos far, far away. At night, if you listen closely you can hear the owls hooting, which is absolutely fascinating. All together, this home is ideal for families enjoying a quiet getaway or for those who want to kick back and have a good old time. Five minute drive to Altamonte Springs mall. Five minute drive to Interstate 4, which leads you to all of the main attractions in the area and neighboring cities.

Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV. The living room is also equipped with a ROKU tv, so that you can access all of your television watching apps, and an antenna for local stations. The home does not have cable.

The house is even nicer in person. Looks like a remodeled home that’s professionally decorated. Impeccably clean and organized. Very large backyard. Nice safe area. If you’re looking for something in that area, it’s a gem and my first choice.

We stayed in Altamonte for a family celebration and were looking for a nearby place that could comfortably accommodate five people with three bedrooms — this home was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and readily available to answer any questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We booked this wonderful home for our first trip back to Orlando in 8 years, and enjoyed everything about the place. Every room is well appointed and beautifully decorated, the house is exceptionally clean and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces for coffee in the morning and dinner on the patio at night. Alexis is the perfect host and clearly invested in her guests' experience. When we return to the Orlando area, we will look no further than Alexis's home for a place to stay.

We really liked this house. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware etc. I would stay here again, and I feel the host is a fair, reasonable person. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
