Endless Summer Beach Retreat is a perfect place to spend time on the beautiful 7-mile island of Anna Maria! No matter where you call home, it is always summer here! We invite you to book your stay at Endless Summer Beach Retreat!
THE SPACE:
Endless Summer Beach Retreat is part of small, quiet six (6) - Unit condo complex.
Anything in the Unit is yours to use. We want you to make yourself "at home" once you arrive!
Endless Summer Beach Retreat is an end-unit townhouse has been totally renovated and upgraded -- new windows, porcelain tile flooring, new kitchen, custom wooden shutters and much more! It is tastefully furnished with high-def TV's in the living room and both bedrooms; an electric fireplace to keep you warm and cozy on those cold "Florida" days.
The main living level has an open floor plan/great room with kitchen, breakfast bar, living room, screened balcony, washer and dryer, and a half-bath.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with bamboo wood flooring and ceiling fans, as well as a full bath. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private screened balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small desk and a sitting chair. The guest room window looks out to the intracoastal for beautiful sunrises.
On the ground level is a storage-bonus room with tiki bar and small refrigerator. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included for your beach enjoyment. Be sure to enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool after a hot day at the beach. In the cooler months of Florida, you are able to enjoy a relaxing swim in the 82 degree-heated pool if you prefer!
GUEST ACCESS:
Prior to arrival, we will email you the front door key lockbox code to retrieve the key. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of our small community. Endless Summer is NOT "baby/child-proofed", and is not ideal for families with very young children.
GETTING AROUND:
No car needed once you arrive, you are an easy walking distance to Historic Bridge Street for shopping, putt putt golf, and several restaurants and bars with live music! A FREE trolley runs the length of the island throughout the day and evening!
GREAT LOCATION!
*Experience the most beautiful Gulf of America sunsets or sunrises over the Intracoastal Waterway!
*Short 15 minute drive to IMG Academy!
*Longboat Key, St. Armand's Circle, Sarasota/Bradenton (SRQ) airport and downtown Sarasota are all within a 20-30 minute ride.

Another great week spent at Cathy and Bill's Sunset Villas condo! Just can't beat watching the sunsets on your front porch. Prime location ... pretty much everything was within walking distance ... if not, AMI trolley stop was nearby, beach was directly across street. Condo was a home-away-from-home ..... comfortable and spacious! Everything you needed was provided including beach towels, chairs, umbrella. Easy storage with a frig is available on street level. Pool was never busy, water was perfect! This year we spent more time at Coquina Beach via the walking path. Hosts were always available if needed. Appreciated the care package and flowers .... my husband missed the key lime pie though .... LOL! Save us a week next year!

Great place to stay, has everything you need for a week stay, felt like being at home! Excellent view of the ocean. Host was very response with all questions! Will deffently be back in the future!
